For Canadian orders, we ship in 3–5 business days by courier. You’ll get your sign in 5–9 business days, depending on where you live. For U.S. orders, we ship in 3–5 business days by USPS, and it usually arrives in 7–10 business days. We will give you a tracking number when your sign ships so you can follow it. If your sign is damaged, lost, or has a problem, we’ll send you a new one for free or give you a full refund. If it takes more than 2 days to confirm your design, it might take longer to get your order.

The sign was nice but when I received it there was a gouge out of the back. This was supposed to be a gift and you can not give it looking like that even if it on the back. I contacted the seller and had to wait for almost 3 days to get a response. When I did get a response it was "What do you want us to do?" I asked for a discount but then I was told I could send it back (at my cost) and they would give me a refund or make me another one. After waiting for a response to my problem I would trust them to refund me or not send me a product with the same problem. I have never given a bad review but I was very upset mainly because it was supposed to be gift.
