For U.S. orders, we ship in 3–5 business days by USPS, and it usually arrives in 7–10 business days. We will give you a tracking number when your sign ships so you can follow it. If your sign is damaged, lost, or has a problem, we’ll send you a new one for free or give you a full refund. If it takes more than 2 days to confirm your design, it might take longer to get your order.

This item was a gift and the recipients absolutely loved it. Delivery was late, but this was due to overburdened courier service because of the Canada Post strike and stormy weather in Manitoba at the time. The quality and workmanship of the sign was top notch. Would highly recommend this company.
Great gift and good quality. The seller responded to my questions quickly and got it mailed out. Unfortunately it took longer than expected as I’d discussed paying extra for expedited shipping. It went out regular mail though I’d discussed expedited w seller. That was a bit disappointing but it was a nice belated gift and my husband was happy with it. I also didn’t plan ahead so that was on me.
