SHIPPING INFORMATION
For Canadian orders, we ship in 3–5 business days by courier. You’ll get your sign in 5–9 business days, depending on where you live. For U.S. orders, we ship in 3–5 business days by USPS, and it usually arrives in 7–10 business days. We will give you a tracking number when your sign ships so you can follow it. If your sign is damaged, lost, or has a problem, we’ll send you a new one for free or give you a full refund. If it takes more than 2 days to confirm your design, it might take longer to get your order.

Our first sign was perfect in every way last year. This one had the t and s carved into a pine knot. It makes it appear as if a cigarette burn is in the lettering with the dark coloring. The purple paint was thin in several areas. I will need to do a second coat myself. I understand knots in pine. I was spoiled terribly by the first one with none. And, it's full body paint coating.

Great gift and good quality. The seller responded to my questions quickly and got it mailed out. Unfortunately it took longer than expected as I’d discussed paying extra for expedited shipping. It went out regular mail though I’d discussed expedited w seller. That was a bit disappointing but it was a nice belated gift and my husband was happy with it. I also didn’t plan ahead so that was on me.
