SHIPPING INFORMATION
For Canadian orders, we ship in 3–5 business days by courier. You’ll get your sign in 5–9 business days, depending on where you live. For U.S. orders, we ship in 3–5 business days by USPS, and it usually arrives in 7–10 business days. We will give you a tracking number when your sign ships so you can follow it. If your sign is damaged, lost, or has a problem, we’ll send you a new one for free or give you a full refund. If it takes more than 2 days to confirm your design, it might take longer to get your order.

John is ! Very, so very responsive and he made changes easily and quickly, as well as made recommendations to ensure the gift met the expectation. The only hold back on shipping was that there were delays due to where we live, but that wasn't his fault because he turned it around fast. It's just a Canada customs thing that created the delay.
