SHIPPING INFORMATION
For Canadian orders, we ship in 3–5 business days by courier. You’ll get your sign in 5–9 business days, depending on where you live. For U.S. orders, we ship in 3–5 business days by USPS, and it usually arrives in 7–10 business days. We will give you a tracking number when your sign ships so you can follow it. If your sign is damaged, lost, or has a problem, we’ll send you a new one for free or give you a full refund. If it takes more than 2 days to confirm your design, it might take longer to get your order.

Received the sign in the amount of time that was estimated. So that’s always a bonus. I was really excited about it because the seller seemed to do great work. They had great communication throughout when it came to response time. So when I opened the package, I was a tad bit disappointed that it was not exactly what I expected or envisioned. The background and engravings were the opposite colors of what I requested. I do honestly believe the seller provided what they thought I was asking for so I don’t want to fault them although I felt I was very clear. Outside of the miscommunication, the craftsmanship was very well done. Neat, crisp, and smooth. It’s definitely something I will keep and hang on my wall because it is still very nice. And I would recommend them to others and for possible future projects.
