SHIPPING INFORMATION
For Canadian orders, we ship in 3–5 business days by courier. You’ll get your sign in 5–9 business days, depending on where you live. For U.S. orders, we ship in 3–5 business days by USPS, and it usually arrives in 7–10 business days. We will give you a tracking number when your sign ships so you can follow it. If your sign is damaged, lost, or has a problem, we’ll send you a new one for free or give you a full refund. If it takes more than 2 days to confirm your design, it might take longer to get your order.

First one arrived badly damaged because it was packaged poorly. He replaced with another one and it arrived with slight damage, because of how it was packaged, but was acceptable. The workmanship is good, but how it was packaged is unacceptable for safe travel long distances. especially across the border to the US.

I waited almost a month for this to arrive and it was a Christmas present that just arrived 12 days after christmas. I had asked Etsy for a refund as I suspected it would never come due to Canada shipping issues right now. It just arrived and the name is spelled incorrectly different than what i wrote on my order. So good thing I got a refund. If the name was actually spelled correctly and it came in less than 4 weeks than it looks like a good quality sign. Was too much trouble for something i have to toss in the garbage.
