For U.S. orders, we ship in 3–5 business days by USPS, and it usually arrives in 7–10 business days. We will give you a tracking number when your sign ships so you can follow it. If your sign is damaged, lost, or has a problem, we’ll send you a new one for free or give you a full refund. If it takes more than 2 days to confirm your design, it might take longer to get your order.

Great gift and good quality. The seller responded to my questions quickly and got it mailed out. Unfortunately it took longer than expected as I’d discussed paying extra for expedited shipping. It went out regular mail though I’d discussed expedited w seller. That was a bit disappointing but it was a nice belated gift and my husband was happy with it. I also didn’t plan ahead so that was on me.
